CCMP V2.0 winds are now updated to December 30, 2017. (December 31 is not available because it requires the background fields from Jan 1, 2018.) CCMP is updated roughly every 6 months as time permits. The figure below shows global U, V, and wind speed for 12/30/2017, 18z, the last updated time step.
