RSS MWI released

Today we are proud to announce the release of RSS EDRs for the Space Force's MWI sensor aboard the WSF-M1 spacecraft.
Version 6.1 is the first public release, all data are made available in netCDF with L3 0.25 degree gridded daily and multi day composites available.
MWI has been painstakingly inter-callibrated with the existing RSS MCDC data archive, and will contribute valuable new data in the coming years. Some initial features include:

• A new singular blended wind product.
• Addition of vapor retrievals.
• Sophisticated RFI mitigation techniques.
